Community Impact

More Than a Moving Company

We've been part of Winnipeg's fabric for over 11 years. That means giving back — through jobs, partnerships, and showing up when it matters.

Indigenous Youth Employment

We actively recruit and hire Indigenous youth across all parts of our operation — from entry-level moving crew to driver training, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

Many of our longest-serving team members started here at 18 or 19 with no experience and grew into senior drivers and crew leads. That's the pipeline we're proud of.

A real job, real training, real pay. No contracts, no barriers. Just show up ready to work.

Community Partnerships

We work alongside organizations that share our values — Indigenous community groups, social enterprises, and local non-profits making Winnipeg stronger.

🏡

Housing Transitions

We partner with housing support organizations to help families in crisis move safely — offering reduced-rate or subsidized moves when community need is high.

🎓

Skills Training

We participate in Indigenous skills development programs, offering real job placements for participants completing moving and logistics training.

🌍

Northern Communities

We deliver to remote First Nations communities — furniture, appliances, household goods — where access is difficult and commercial services are rare.

🤝

Métis Nation of Manitoba

We maintain alignment with MNO's business and community priorities, ensuring our procurement and hiring practices reflect Métis values.

🏋️

Youth Sports & Programs

Local sponsorships for Indigenous youth sport leagues, cultural events, and after-school programs across Winnipeg.

♻️

Responsible Disposal

We divert usable furniture and household items to local charities and re-use centres instead of landfill — because waste isn't our way.

Moving With Responsibility

From route optimization that reduces fuel use, to blanket wrapping that avoids single-use plastic, to donating unwanted items instead of dumping them — we try to leave every community better than we found it.
